This repository contains processed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data in the form of Seurat objects, generated for the manuscript "Morphodynamics of human early brain organoid development." The corresponding raw sequencing data is publicly available through ArrayExpress under accession number: E-MTAB-15057.
