ChronoFlux™ v1.3 – Peer Review Readiness Evaluation Report

This document provides an independent peer review evaluation of ChronoFlux™ v1.3, a quantum-temporal cybersecurity tool developed under the Mo817 Initiative. The report assesses readiness across five academic metrics: content clarity, technical depth, use case relevance, visual presentation, and distribution readiness.
