D5.1 – Project Management Handbook

The purpose of this Deliverable is to present the project management framework of the EVOLVE2CARE project, including all managerial and operational activities planned for the project’s entire duration. This deliverable will serve as a practical guide to clearly define workflows and rules that partners must follow during the project’s activities, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld and enhancing project management quality control, operational, and data management procedures. This deliverable serves as handbook for all members of the Project to effectively search for information about the managerial and operational processes of EVOLVE2CARE. As the project progresses, information may be changed or extended to reflect the alterations in the processes. Furthermore, several links have been added to this document as a quick reference point. These links are accessible only to verified members of the project. Furthermore, in the second Annex, the Data Management Plan (DMP) of the entire project is presented. The DMP outlines how project partners will monitor data processing during the project and after its completion. It includes a comprehensive Data Management Plan (DMP) detailing the lifecycle of project data and activities related to its processing and protection.
