THE CONCEPT OF 'FASHION BLOG' IN MODERN LINGUISTICS: A STUDY

  • 1. Urganch innovation university, Teacher of department "Uzbek and Foreign Philology"

Description

The emergence of digital communication platforms has led to the evolution of language and discourse, especially within niche domains such as fashion. This article explores the concept of the "fashion blog" from a linguistic perspective, examining its structure, language use, discourse practices, and its influence on contemporary language change. The study employs discourse analysis and corpus linguistics to investigate how fashion blogs function as sites of identity construction, consumer engagement, and cultural exchange. The findings suggest that fashion blogs represent a hybrid linguistic genre that blends personal narrative, promotional language, and community interaction, contributing to the shaping of modern English usage in online environments.
