Description

This is the first public release of the Michaelis-Menten Simulator — an interactive, browser-based educational tool designed to help students explore enzyme kinetics through real-time visualization of the Michaelis-Menten model.

Features in this release:

  • Adjustable kinetic parameters (Km, Vmax, [S])
  • Live updating reaction rate graphs
  • Clean, responsive interface built with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Standalone and install-free: runs in any modern browser

This tool is intended for use in undergraduate biochemistry education and is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0).
