本稿は、経営学の立場から非営利組織を研究することの意味を考察する。主として、日本の経営学の胎動期において、「非営利組織」や「非営利」という概念がどのように論じられていたのかを検討する。
Abstract
This study explores the meaning of researching nonprofit organizations from a business
administration perspective. It primarily reviews how scholars during the pioneering period of business
administration in Japan addressed the concepts of “nonprofit organization” and “nonprofit.” In discussing
“nonprofit,” it is essential to examine the meaning of “for-profit.” This study aims to outline how the
concept of “for-profit” has been treated.
