Project Star Forge: A Planetary-Scale Foresight Engine for Global Risk Simulation

A nonprofit white paper and technical blueprint for a planetary-scale foresight engine capable of simulating complex global risk scenarios across domains including climate, conflict, economy, and technology. This public-interest system, dubbed Project Star Forge, is designed to act as a "societal radar"—offering open-access scenario modeling to aid governments, researchers, and the public in understanding cross-systemic threats. This document serves as a concept-level, noncommercial, defensive publication under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b)(1)(B).
