These disorders significantly impact not only physical health but also emotional well-being, social functioning, and quality of life. Nurses are vital in the frontline identification, assessment, and management of these conditions through evidence-based and patient-centered care. This review article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of menstrual disorders, emphasizing nursing assessments and interventions.
