Deliverable D7.1 Strategy and plan for dissemination, exploitation, including communication activities outlines the comprehensive communication and dissemination strategy for the GLocalFlex project. Developed early in the project (Month 6), it defines key objectives, messages, target audiences, and channels to ensure effective outreach and stakeholder engagement. The document presents a dynamic implementation plan designed to adapt to project developments and maximise the visibility and impact of results at local, regional, national, and international levels. It also highlights collaboration with associate partners and other Horizon projects to enhance reach and uptake. The strategy is intended to evolve throughout the project and beyond, incorporating ongoing and planned dissemination activities.
