Yellow Fever Protein Variation Analysis Script

Description

This script analyzes a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) of protein sequences in FASTA format and 
identifies differences at each alignment position compared to a reference sequence ("YF-17D-IC"). 
It outputs a tab-separated file summarizing these variations.
