D1.5 – Legal and Ethical Issues and Guidelines

This document identifies how all HYPER-AI project actors must adhere to legal directives and ethical guidelines to ensure the full compliance of the project with relevant regulations and ethical principles. This set of guidelines are designed to align with the European Union and national laws without compromising the main goals of the project. Setting clear legal and ethical standards now, the deliverable at hand will ensure responsible AI development, safeguarding data privacy and security, while considering fairness and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
