Poster submitted for the 21st ASTM Symposium on Zirconium in the Nuclear Industry.

The effect of copper on irradiation-induced growth mechanisms in zirconium alloys was investigated through transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction line profile analysis and atom probe tomography. Second phase particle and dislocation loop evolution was examined with the behaviour of Cu on these defect mechanisms analysed.
