Description

Code Description
These scripts correspond to the TMPM-MUMOTT artifacts (v2.1), enabling the reconstruction of 3D birefringence distributions from samples analyzed via tomographic Müller-polarimetric microscopy (TMPM).

Code Availability
The associated methodology and codes are detailed in the published article:
Reconstructing three-dimensional optical anisotropy with tomographic Müller-polarimetric microscopy
Compared to the initially submitted version, this release has been refactored for greater flexibility and fully integrated into the MUMOTT library (mumott — mumott documentation). It reflects the stable, peer-reviewed implementation at the time of publication and should be cited accordingly. The latest version of the code is maintained in the TMPM branch of the MUMOTT repository (Files · TMPM · Liebi Group / software / mumott · GitLab)
