This Toolsheet presents a synopsised version of PREMIERE’s Multi-Actor Inclusion and Stakeholder Engagement Checklist, a practical and reflective tool designed to support the meaningful integration of the Multi-Actor Approach (MAA) in Horizon Europe Cluster 6 project proposals. Developed to enhance inclusive, balanced collaboration across Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System (AKIS) actors, the checklist guides proposal teams from initial concept through to submission. It focuses on five key areas: consortium design, multi-actor knowledge sharing, inclusive decision-making, gender equality and inclusive practices, and co-creation in dissemination and exploitation. The checklist helps ensure proposals go beyond formal compliance to genuinely reflect the values of co-creation, societal relevance and long-term impact, particularly vital in an era of AI-assisted and template-driven proposal writing.
