LiyrAstroph/CDNest: CDNest: A diffusive nested sampling code in C and Python
Description
This is a C version of diffusive nested sampling code developed by Brendon Brewer (https://github.com/eggplantbren/DNest3), but with modifications. A Python wrapper is also included.
CDNest is written with MPI, so it runs on a wide range of supercomputer clusters without any reliance on special features of proprietary compilers.
This version incorporates new updates since last release on Apr 7, 2023.
