Description

This Streamlit-based application provides a visual, interactive dashboard to analyze the nutritional content of personalized smoothie recipes. It is tailored for individuals managing high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease and adheres to the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) dietary guidelines.

Users can compare nutrients like sodium, potassium, fiber, and saturated fat with recommended thresholds via bar and radar charts. Each nutrient is accompanied by plain-language explanations to improve public understanding and promote healthier dietary decisions.

This tool supports personalized nutrition education, digital health interventions, and health research. The app is lightweight, easy to run locally, and optimized for reproducibility.
