Once extracted, the following directories should appear inside the main_kinetic/saved_data/ path:

  • data_emd/ — EM algorithm results

  • data_sampling_entropy_flow/ — Sampling-based entropy flow data

  • data_theta_spike/ — Synthetic spike trains and model parameters
