                  Effective Methods of Hiring and Introducing Employees to the Restaurant Business
Description
This study aims to identify effective methods for recruiting and onboarding employees in the hospitality industry. The study is based on an analysis of hiring best practices and research findings from various scholars in the field. The findings show that structured training, mentoring programs, and digital recruiting tools significantly improve employee retention and performance. These results highlight the importance of a strategic approach to talent management, demonstrating that a well-planned hiring and onboarding process contributes to higher job satisfaction, better customer service, and overall business success in the hospitality industry.
