  • Enable searching for names of genetic features in the JBrowse search bar. This is achieved by generating trix indices for the data tracks. This requires that the tracks are in GFF format and have either a Name or ID annotation for its genetic features.

Developer tools

  • Add GitHub Action for pa11y accessibility test runner.
  • Fix issue where curl requests to files hosted on https://figshare.scilifelab.se/ did not resolve.
  • Fix issue in the data Docker file where node.js did not work properly on MacOS.
