Preliminarily annotated phytoplankton lipids from Polar Cod Connectivity Cruise 2022

Description

Lipid data extracted from GFF filters and analysed with UHPLC-OrbitrapMS. Lipids were collected from the surface waters of Billefjorden, Storfjorden, and Kongsfjorden in Svalbard during the Polar cod connectivity cruise by the Nansen Legacy Project in November 2022. Data has been preliminarily annotated using LOBSTAHS, and has been blank-subtracted and normalized to an internal standard for recovery.
