Science, Education and Innovations in the context of modern problems was founded in 2018 by IMCRA - International Meetings and Journals Research Association (Azerbaijan). 

This is a quarterly Journal that publishes high-quality peer-reviewed research papers on the broad range of education and science - teckhnology, biology, zoology, astronomy and innovative researchers, IT and computational cybernetic sciences. Also SEI journal publishes original studies in economics, statistics, sociology, psychology, history, philosophy, culture and research articles, review articles and opinion pieces covering a wide range of topics. Our articles are peer-reviewed and have the highest academic standards.

Publication months - February, April, June, August, October, December.
Since 2020, the journal has been published four times a year.

Since 2025, the Journal has been published 6 times in a year. -February, April, June, August, October, December.
