Reconstructed images of a 2DSIM multiposition acquisition.

Description
Acquired with an Nikon SIM, in 2D-SIM mode at 488nm of excitation with 30% laser power and 200ms of exposition. Fluorescence is mStayGold-β2Spectrin, expressed with different maners, either infection via Cas9 or nucleofection with Cas9. Cells are rat hippocampal neurons at different DIVs. The files are uploaded to show and provide bugged files that open as static noise in ImageJ BioFormats 8.1.1. N1 and N2 files are files encountering the issue. N3 and N4 files do not encounter the issue and are uplodaded for comparison purposes. Raw files open as they should, while the issue is always encountered on reconstructed files.
