Description

This is the published data set and complete supporting code for the bioRxiv preprint titled "Musicality in protein interaction dynamics informs the multi-scale evolution of prosocial behavior" by Greg Babbitt, Lin Wang and Ernest Fokoue from the T.H. Gosnell School of Life Sciences and the School of Mathematics Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The preprint and supplemental methods are included here as well. Supporting code includes the software for ATOMDANCE 5.0, Atomdance AudioVisualizer and all post-processing machine learning codes as well.  See the preprint included here for more details.
