MD trajectories of the full-length SIRT6:nucleosome core particle complex, from : Qiu et al. 2025 "Specific binding modes of SIRT6 C-terminal domain to the nucleosome core particle influence DNA unwrapping and lysine accessibility".

Trajectory files for the eight replicates that were launched from different starting orientations of the C-terminal domain with respect to the nucleosome core particle.
1 frame = 1 ns, water and ions were removed.
