Description
MD trajectories of the full-length SIRT6:nucleosome core particle complex, from : Qiu et al. 2025 "Specific binding modes of SIRT6 C-terminal domain to the nucleosome core particle influence DNA unwrapping and lysine accessibility".
Trajectory files for:
- the eight replicas that were launched from different starting orientations of the C-terminal domain with respect to the nucleosome core particle. (complex_dry.prmtop and poseXX_dry.dcd)
- the three replicas with H3K27ac (H3K27ac.prmtop and H3K27ac_MDX.dcd)
1 frame = 1 ns, water and ions were removed.
