Description
Video was taken at 2024-10-10T08:17:17 at the peak of a high flow event. The original video was taken at 1920x1080 resolution with 30 frames per second. Orthorectification was performed using PyOpenRiverCam (https://github.com/localdevices/pyorc), using 6 control points, measured with Real-Time-Kinematics GNSS to constrain k1 and k2 barrel distortion, focal length, and rotation and translation of the camera. Resolution is 0.01 meter in x and y direction.
The video is meant as a test case for image velocimetry methods and uploaded to support tests and examples of the PyOpenRiverCam and Fast and Flexible Particle Image Velocimetry (FF-PIV) libraries. For more information, visit https://github.com/localdevices/ffpiv

One that processes with a known set water level from an external device, and one that attempts to estimate the water level optically.
