Description
The Task 4.5 use cases demonstration session, part of the All Hand Meeting of EOSC FAIR-IMPACT project was delivered on 16th September 2024. The aim of this session was to demonstrate live the implementation of connectors between semantic artefacts catalogues and (meta)data repositories from various scientific disciplines and institutional contexts. Seven of the nine use cases of the T4.5 have presented their context and connector: ArcheoAMU (Epicherchell with PACTOL thesaurus), LifeWatch Italy Data Portal and Metadata catalogue with EcoPortal, DANS Data Station with their SKOMOS vocabularies, Recherche Data Gouv with AgroPortal, EaSy Data with EarthPortal, AnaEE with AgroPortal and PHIS with AgroPortal. This session has also initiated a common reflection on the impacts of implementing these types of connectors: a list of questions is available at the end of the slide, the round table could not be carried out in the time available for the session. Finally, the use cases descriptions are much more detailed on the FAIR-IMPACT website.
