SWATH_EAD-MS/MS tutorial dataset for DMED-FAHFA analysis

This dataset serves as a data analysis tutorial for SWATH-EAD-MS/MS DMED-FAHFA analysis. It contains:

• Raw data (.data, .scan, .wiff and .wiff2) acquired with DDA-EAD on SCIEX for MSDIAL analysis
• Raw data (.abf and .wiff) acquired with SWATH-EAD for MRMPROBS analysis
• Files (.msp) for DMED-FAHFA annotation
• Files (.txt) containing SWATH precursor isolation window cycle information
• Alignment result (.txt) output by MSDIAL
• Compound library (.txt) for MRMPROBS created using the Alignment result
• Data matrix (.txt) output by MRMPROBS
