Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to understand the meaning and significance of time-management skills. These are the skills, which are facilitating in taking out sufficient amount of time for all types of job duties and responsibilities. These are put into operation in one’s personal and professional lives. Hence, in order to do well in all types of job duties and responsibilities and achieve desired goals and objectives, one needs to hone time-management skills. The job duties and responsibilities in some cases are more timeconsuming, whereas, in other cases, these are less timeconsuming, but the acknowledgment and implementation of these skills are facilitating in completing all types of job duties and responsibilities within the stipulated period of time.
