The InterAgency Institute presents the preliminary results of a project seeking to map the CCW/GGE discussions on autonomous weapons. Working on the transcripts of the 2024 sessions, we identified the deadlocks on the operationalization of human control, newly mentioned risks, and states’ views on how to cluster them.
