ELIXIR ENA BDI Factsheet

As part of the Blue-Cloud 2026 Training Academy, the Blue-Cloud team – in cooperation with the ELIXIR ENA Blue Data Infrastructure – has developed a factsheet describing the services it provides and its function in the Blue-Cloud ecosystem. The European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) provides a comprehensive open record of the world's nucleotide sequencing information and a platform for the management and analysis of sequence and related data. ENA is designated by the ELIXIR infrastructure both as a Core Data Resource, and a Deposition Database.
