Figure 1 Maximum likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree of Filobasidium derived from combined ITS and LSU sequence data. The tree is rooted with Goffeauzyma gastricaCBS 2288T and Goffeauzyma aciditoleransCBS 10872T. Bootstrap values (MLBS ≥ 50% and BPP ≥ 0.95) are shown around branches. Sequences from type strains are marked with (T), and the new species are indicated in bold.
