This paper attempts to quantify consciousness, which can generate some measurement results that can be used to diagnose diseases. Producing therapeutic recombinant proteins necessitates a suitable host organism, like Bacteria,  equipped with efficient machinery for post-translational modifications and proper protein refolding.\cite{baeshen2014cell} We propose a scientific method to control the population of bacteria by consciousness-driven musical and video stimuli. We report that each word has programmable code, like a mathematical entity or code inside DNA.
