STATE MANAGEMENT OF FORMING ACTIVE MECHANISMS OF PREVENTION OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

The article presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution of an important scientific and practical task connected with the substantiation of the improvement and development directions of the economic mechanism for the emergencies prevention in Ukraine. Nature, essence and features of the economic mechanism of emergencies prevention in Ukraine, namely, the emergencies as an object of public administration, are analysed in detail. On the basis of the analysis of the organizational and legal constituents of the economic mechanism for the emergencies prevention in Ukraine, their impact on the current state of emergencies, the expediency of introducing the leading international experience in Ukraine concerning the development of public administration of the components of the economic mechanism for the emergencies prevention is substantiated.
