DDI Alliance Bylaws, 2012 (Superseded by 2020 Version)

These DDI Alliance Bylaws were established following a June 2012 meeting in Washington, DC, aimed at revising the organization's foundational and structural documents. In response to recommendations from the 2011 External Review report, a Governance Task Force was formed to update the Alliance Bylaws and the associated membership form.

These 2012 revised Bylaws led the way toward new elections for the Executive Board of the Alliance (former Steering Committee) as well as the Chair and Vice Chair of that body.  These 2012 Bylaws have since been superseded by updates in 2020.
