This deliverable is part of the EDU4Standards.eu project, WP2, which focuses on designing innovative teaching concepts for standardisation.
A main outcome is the EDU4Standards.eu value-based Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs) framework, developed to support the Innovative Teaching Concept for Standardisation (ITCoS). The framework addresses fragmentation in standardisation education by offering a structured approach to qualification levels and embedding EU values, as well as green, digital and gender skills.
Based on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF), ISCED, Bloom’s taxonomy, and other international references, the framework defines ILOs across nine qualification levels, including formal and non-formal education. It will serve as a foundation for pilot implementation under WP3 and for future curriculum development.
Designed for educators, the framework also benefits a wide range of stakeholders—such as standardisation bodies, industry, NGOs, research institutions, SMEs and citizens—by promoting value-driven standardisation education aligned with European priorities.
