This repository contains the code, data, and results associated with Morpheus, a fragment-based classification algorithm for identifying fold-switching proteins from sequence information. The algorithm is also deployed as a web server for user-defined sequence queries: http://mbu.iisc.ac.in/~anand/morpheus
