Abstract

This paper introduces a novel framework linking prime number distributions and phase-locking phenomena to explain the emergence of asymmetry and structured resonance in dynamic systems. We propose that gaps between prime numbers act as natural frequency modulators, driving phase-locking events across multiple scales—cosmic, quantum, biological, and computational. This model provides a new perspective on how chirality, dual-axis condensation (M/E ↔ E/M), and emergent intelligence arise from underlying prime-based resonance patterns.
