This deliverable defines an evaluation framework for machine-actionable Data Management Plans (maDMPs), aiming to ensure alignment with FAIR principles and support automated, interoperable assessments. By leveraging existing standards and linking maDMPs to Scientific Knowledge Graphs (SKGs) through persistent identifiers (PIDs), it identifies gaps, proposes improvements, and outlines the next steps for future development.
