Description
Atomic coordinates (PDB files) corresponding to Alphafold models generated to visualise Bacillus subtilis protein complexes:
- SSB-polyT60: SSB homotetramer (chains A to D) in the presence of single-stranded DNA (homopolymer of 60 thymidine bases, chain E)
- SSB-RecO: SSB homotetramer (chains A to D) in the presence of RecO (chain E)
