Description
This dataset contains LC-MS data from metabolic extractions of different tissues of Vanilla planifolia pods at various developmental stages.
The purpose of the dataset was to quantify the amounts of vanillin glucosides present in the different tissues at different developmental stages of the vanilla pod. Therefore, a previously optimized protocol was used to extract and detect vanillin glucosides efficiently. Metabolic standards containing vanillin glucoside, vanillyl alcohol glucoside, and vanillic acid glucoside were also measured to create a standard curve for the quantification of those metabolites in the samples.
