Description
This dataset contains the vector and raster files used to to analyze the impact on urban connectivity and resilience in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region from the 2024 floods. The road network was extracted from OpenStreetMap using the osmium tool. The article will be submitted for approval to 2025 AGILE Conference on Geographic Information Science.
This is a temporal version pending to confirm acceptance before 27th of February 2025.
