The available dataset contains the raw spectra (.csv format) of the vegetable oils (olive oil, sunflower oil etc.) analysed according to the analytical methods described in the scientific publication (FTIR and Raman) (LWT - Food Science and Tehcnology, 2017, 86:174-184).
