Description

The Code of Conduct for the FRONTIERS Science Journalism in Residence Program outlines the responsibilities of both host institutions and participating journalists to ensure collaborative, ethical, and transparent engagement. Host institutions commit to providing journalists with access to resources, researchers, and facilities while preserving journalistic independence and supporting ethical science communication. Journalists pledge to uphold accuracy, transparency, and fairness in reporting, respect institutional norms and safety guidelines, and promote responsible public understanding of science.
