El modelo de desarrollo Argentino: límites y desafíos en las formas de regulación posconvertibilidad

El artículo analiza el alcance de la reconversión del modelo de desarrollo argentino posconvertibilidad tomando el marco conceptual de la teoría de la regulación. La hipótesis principal que sostiene es que el actual modelo de desarrollo encuentra sus límites en aspectos concretos que pueden identificarse como consecuencia de la política económica neoliberal y que fueron postergados en los años ulteriores al fin de la convertibilidad, coartando las posibilidades de transformación y reduciendo su margen programático. Diez años después reaparecen en cinco desafíos macroeconómicos estructurales que se elevan como límites reales para la consolidación de un nuevo modelo de desarrollo. This article analyzes the significance of the transformation of the Argentine development model post-convertibility taking the theoretical framework of the theory of regulation. The main hypothesis of this work holds that the current model of development finds its limits in specific areas that can be identified as a result of neoliberal economic policy and that they were neglected in the years after the end of convertibility policy, reducing the possibility of transformation and the margins of action. Ten years later they reappear in five structural macroeconomic challenges that rise like real limits to the consolidation of a new development model.
