These use cases comprise of predictive analytics for salmonella in poultry farms, enhanced pest alarm systems, and automated regulatory analysis. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) plan establishes a robust framework to safeguard EFRAs innovative assets, ensuring that the intellectual capital remains a cornerstone of its competitive advantage. Through meticulously executing this plan, the IPs existing before the start of the project will be protected while those produced during its lifespan will be managed and leveraged from the involved partners.

This playbook guides the creation of business models that can adapt to market demands, enhance customer value, and ensure long-term growth. Special focus is given to the Business Model Canvas, which is the model of choice for EFRA.

In tandem with the consortium’s commitment to excellence, the sustainability plan underscores the dedication to good organizational/business practices. It includes the Marketing Plan for EFRA’s platform composed at present from 3 Key Exploitable Results (KERs), 1) EFRA Data Hub, 2) EFRA Analytics Powerhouse, and 3) EFRA Data & Analytics Marketplace. By proactively considering all future aspects of the project, the consortium can ensure with higher certainty its future success.
