Understanding and Addressing the Mobility Gap in Higher Education - Insights from the Erasmus+ GAP Survey 2024
Creators
Description
The survey was carried out in the framework of the Erasmus GAP project, which aims to provide a wide set of data and recommendations to enable institutions and policy-makers to adopt a more inclusive approach to reduce the gap between students with realistic opportunities for mobility and those without.
The survey's primary purpose was to establish the basis for an inclusivity self-assessment toolkit, gaining a deeper understanding of how staff members working on international mobility programmes and partnerships at higher education institutions perceive the mobility gap. This will enable the identification of potential hindering factors and incentives related to the mobility gap that may be encountered in practice.
The summary of the results also provides a number of insights of interest to the practice and scientific community.
