Description
Abstract: Human activities, particularly some local practices have contributed immensely towards the problems and challenges of climate change: Biogeographical problems of flooding, drought, changes in rainfall, and increase in sea levels, among others, are threatening the planet Earth and posing numerous challenges to both man, plants, animals and land. Admittedly, there are natural
variables but human activities account for the larger percentage of the causes of climate change. This paper therefore presents some posters on some local practices that cause climate change, its implications and some recommended measures for the reduction of such practices for a sustainable earth.
