Description

Input files and data associated with the paper:
Particle-in-cell simulations of the tearing instability for relativistic pair plasmas

The input files used for the simulations presented in each figure, and two more simulations described in the text, are available.
Energy evolution is stored for the fields and each of the particle species in text files:
fld_ene and par0*_ene

Maps of the fields [b*,j*]-[timestep].h5 or moments including density [charge]-[ion*,electron*]-[timestep].h5, current [j*], and temperature [T**] are stored in h5 files, where ion* stands for the upper (1) background (2) or lower (3) populations
