Pathway and annotation database for iDEP
Description
These files include the source code and related annotation and pathway data files that can be used to run iDEP (http://ge-lab.org/idep) locally. These files are current as of October 10, 2018, just before the publication of the paper on BMC Bioinformatics. The most recent version of source code can be found here: https://github.com/iDEP-SDSU/idep/.
Note that all files need to be unzipped to the same folder and this line in server.R needs to be changed accordingly:

datapath = "../"
